What does the first appointment look like? How long will it take?

Your first initial appointment will take one hour to thoroughly access your health history, food and sleep journal.  At this time laboratory testing will be recommended.

How does lab testing work? How can I work with you if I live outside of the country?

Consultations can be done in person or by phone, Skype, Facetime.  Most lab testing can be done in the privacy of your own home.  Lab kits will be shipped to you provided there are no issues with customs.  Lab specimens must be shipped back to the United States within 3 days in order that specimens are viable for accurate testing.  Each country has different shipping policies so you must contact your local UPS, Fedex or DHL to ensure the specimens can be returned back to the U.S. within 3 days of collection.

How long does it take to get results back?

Lab testing results will take 10-14 business days.  Once we receive your test results, you will be contacted by email to set up your follow up appointment to review the lab and implement a therapeutic support plan.

Is this covered by insurance?

No it is not. However, you can use a Health Savings Account (HSA) as long as it is a M/C or Visa.  We do not provide a super bill.
