Our Fitness Offerings
Exercise Consultation
Robert Yang consults with clients at his private practice located in Encinitas, CA. The initial exercise evaluation must be done in person. His exercise programs are based on a thorough musculoskeletal evaluation that consists of the following:
- Health history
- Posture analysis
- Length tension tests
- Core function/stability tests
- Core strength testing
- Range of motion tests
- Movement analysis
- Maximal strength tests (for elite athletes or strength athletes)
Following the evaluation, Robert will design an individualized exercise program catered appropriately to your body as well as your fitness goals. In your next consultation, Robert will take you through your exercise program to ensure proper technique. This part of the program can be completed via a Telehealth call or in person. All stretches and exercises will be recorded or filmed for you so you can access them at any time.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
When an appointment is scheduled, time is reserved especially for you and no one else. This appointment is a commitment you and the practitioner have made to your health. Since our appointments are much longer than standard office visits, cancellations are significant interruptions to the office.
When you do not cancel an appointment promptly, you may be preventing another client from getting much-needed treatment. Thus, a minimum of 2 business days’ (48 hours) notice is required for cancellations and reschedules.
There will be a 100% office visit charge ($150 for a ½ hour, $300 for 1 hour) for “no-shows,” late cancellations, or reschedules that cannot be filled.
All appointments must be reserved with a credit card. Please be aware: Holidays and weekends do not constitute business days, and all Monday appointments must be canceled by Thursday. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
