Your first initial appointment will take one hour to thoroughly access your detailed health history, 7 Day Food Journal and review any recent lab work (within 12 months) you may have had done.  Robert will ask you a series of questions to gain a better understanding of your current health conditions. At this time laboratory testing may or may not be recommended.

Consultations can be done in person at our San Diego office or virtual via our Electronic Health Record system called Healthie.  Laboratory testing may consist of a blood draw or a stool collection done in the privacy of your own home.  Lab kits will be shipped to you and must be shipped out following specific instructions.

Lab testing results will take 10-14 business days.  Once we receive your test results, you will be contacted through Healthie to set up your follow up appointment to review the lab results and implement a therapeutic support plan.

No it is not. However, you can use a Health Savings Account (HSA) as long as it is a M/C or Visa.  We do not provide a super bill.
